Stages of Membership
1- Presenting a written request, filling the assigned forms and sending them to the General Secretariat
2- Examination by the General Secretariat that sends it to the Higher Council for discussion
3- Temporary agreement and sending to the General Assembly or rejecting the request
4- Ratification and confirming membership in the General Assembly
