Affiliation Mechanism
1- Presenting either a written or an online request expressing the intention to affiliate
2- Waiting for a letter from the General Secretariat informing that the request was accepted and altered to the Higher Council
3- Waiting until the decision of temporary membership is issued by the Higher Council
4- Receiving notice from the General Secretariat and signing the joint cooperation agreement
5- Waiting until the final decision of the General Assembly is issued and the membership is ratified
6- The General Secretariat's sending a letter of acceptance
7- Paying the fees of affiliation and subscription
8- Receiving a certificate of membership for the year of the General Secretariat's acceptance
