A new crime has been committed by the ‘Israeli’ occupation army against media and journalism, in which it targeted the mujahid brother and media leader Hajj Mohammad Afif Al-Nabulsi, the Chief of Hezbollah’s Media Relations, who was martyred in a direct targeting in Beirut. Hajj Afif spent a life serving the media message of the Islamic Resistance, and was the loud and daring voice in defending the Islamic Resistance, clarifying its achievements, cementing its legitimacy, and exposing the fabrication and lies of its enemies.
In this crime, the ‘Israeli’ occupation army has violated all international laws and charters, not to mention the humanitarian values and immunities of media, journalism, people of opinion, and the freedom of opinion. In this systematic targeting, it proves once again its intended killing of the voice of truth amidst the international silence towards such crimes, and escaping punishment for its crimes against humanity.
The martyrdom of Hajj Mohammad Afif won’t stop the journalists of resistance from performing their noble role and mission, but would rather increase their insistence and solidness to raise the word of truth and righteousness, confront the ‘Israeli’ occupation army’s aggression, and defend Lebanon, Palestine, and the causes of the ummah.
We mourn our leading journalist who joined the martyred leaders as we are fully confident that their pure blood will make victory and deal blowing defeats to the enemies of truth and humanity.
