Withdrawal, Freezing or Cancelling Membership
1- Membership is either cancelled or frozen under a Higher Council resolution without a withdrawal request in case the member violated its commitments or committed what defames the Union, in which the issue would be assigned to the soonest General Assembly meeting to be discussed and decided.
2- The affiliate member has the right to send the General Secretariat a request to withdraw from the Union. Its demand won't be applicable before being presented to the General Assembly. The member is considered frozen in the period between presenting the request to the General Secretariat and being seen by the General Assembly. In the meantime, the member shall be committed to the laws and decisions issued by the Union and the duties tasked to it.
